She was instrumental in listing it for 225% of the purchase price of six years prior. When the listing went active we found she had raised the price $40,000 based on her updated market analysis. The house sold in six hours. It was her guidance that made everything happen. Between the sale and the closing she was quick and responsive to our every need. We have bought and sold homes for 40 years. Never has a realtor come even close to the level of professionalism and engagement she gave us.

She was so knowledgeable about the area. And, tireless! We hiked through land, up and down hills, over creeks (with our 3 dogs that kept running all over the place) and she was so patient. Brit recently helped us find land and assist with new construction development. Besides being very personable, she is extremely knowledgeable about the north Georgia mountain area. Since she is licensed not only in GA, but also in NC and TN, we were actually able to find our perfect property in NC -- a surprise to us as we initially thought we'd be specifically in Blue Ridge! We do not live in the area so our availability to look at properties was somewhat limited. Michelle accommodated our schedule and made herself available for marathon showing sessions. We very much appreciated her guidance through the offer, counter-offer, acceptance, inspection/remediation, and closing. She was on top of everything, communicated well with the listing agent, answered all of our questions, and even visited the property several times to check on remediation activities to ensure we'd be able to close on schedule. Her knowledge regarding construction requirements, crawl space and basement considerations, as well as drainage and foundation issues was invaluable to us. We highly recommend Michelle and will definitely use her services again if we are buying or selling in the area.
