We met Brittany in January - very cold and rainy - and she showed us multiple pieces of land. She was so knowledgeable about the area. And, tireless! We hiked through land, up and down hills, over creeks (with our 3 dogs that kept running all over the place) and she was so patient. She found us the perfect site (actually 2 lots). Brittany was able to get us all the information on the community and it's rules and restrictions so that we could make an informed decision.
She was diligent and super responsive, kept the dialogue going with the other realtor and made this happen.
Without her help, we would not have been able to find the absolute perfect site to build our dream home.
Not only do I highly recommend Brittany (and I have to my friends) but I wouldn't think about working with anybody else.

This is a new edit added on March 2022. After we bought the land with help from Brittany we decided to sell. Brittany was so helpful in making suggestions about pricing and wrote the most amazing listing.

I am not sure where to start as I have so many wonderful things to say about Brit. From her patients to work with mixed preferences between me and my husband. We were relocating from FL to GA. Didn’t know the area and picking homes all over the place with extreme swings in terrain. She watched and listed to our reactions, asked questions. She also pointed out if a home may have “problems” that needed to be noted. She also has a past work history in construction. Applied zero pressure, took us back to homes we wanted to consider. Since she is licensed not only in GA, but also in NC and TN, we were actually able to find our perfect property in NC -- a surprise to us as we initially thought we'd be specifically in Blue Ridge! We do not live in the area so our availability to look at properties was somewhat limited. Michelle accommodated our schedule and made herself available for marathon showing sessions.
